FAQs
Where do you get your merchandise?
SSS leverages the supplier network of it's parent company, Hawk's Rest, LLC. In addition, there are many handcrafted items available exclusively from SexyShinyStuff.com. Our merchandise comes from big manufacturing and wholesale companies from the USA and other nations, from small craftsman.
What if I don’t like an item once I receive it?
We are big believers in ensuring that our customers enjoy and appreciate the items that they purchase from us. There is nothing worse than buying a fine piece of jewelry and not liking it, and being stuck with it! If you don’t like an item, simply return it within fourteen (14) days – no questions asked. We do request that you request an RMA number from customer service and merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. We will refund you money within 3 days of its receipt, via original payment method if possible. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the merchandise was defective. While we don’t require that you answer any awkward questions, we always appreciate knowing why an item was returned so that we can improve the quality and appeal of our offerings.
Custom Orders
Due to the nature of some of our jewelry, sales on custom orders are considered final. We will work with you to try to resolve any issues to the best of our ability, but returns on body jewelry and intimate jewelry are not accepted. Please choose carefully.
Are all of your materials authentic?
The short answer is yes. We describe all items to the best of our ability and will not knowingly misrepresent any item. We do not usually carry CZs, laboratory or man made gemstones. Any items featuring these are other novelty materials will be specifically noted.. We will describe the purity of the gold and silver content in the description of each item and will also describe the gemstones used.
How long does it take to get something once I have ordered it?
All orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, by your indicated shipping method. We try to get it out sooner if at all possible. In the rare instances that something is out of stock or backorder we will try and indicate that at the time of the order (before you commit to buy) but occasionally we are notified from the warehouse after the fact. If that happens we will notify you quickly and you will have the option of canceling to order for a full refund or keeping the order active.
Where will you ship items?
We ship within the North American Continent and to the U.K. If you need items shipped elsewhere, contact us and we will see what we can do. International shipments typically take longer and will likely incur additional shipping and handling charges.
